What does "urganize" mean?

Urganize is a word I created to encapsulate the need to change yourself while you tackle the task of life organization. You must urganize, while you organize.

Often one's method of "organizing" is another person's recipe for disaster. My sister is a doctor and worked at a hospital for some time. One day there was a new administrative assistant who thought she would be use  her time wisely and be very helpful by alphabetizing the informative flyers regarding health issues, in ABC order. The current method to her looked confusing and unorganized and she wanted to help the doctors serve their patients better. After spending countless hours rearranging the flyers into ABC order, little did she know that they were actually in a more helpful order - sorted by type of physical ailment. Thus, when a doctor now when to get a flyer about breast health, or give the contact information for the local mammography facility, they were no longer listed side-by-side. One was listed under "s" for "Self Breast Exam" and one was listed under "M" for "Mammograms." All she really needed to do to finish the organization process was to list the physical ailments by group and label those. Little did she know that she in fact hurt the system, because she was trying to organize others, before becoming acquainted with how they organized themselves, and personally understanding the organizational method chosen.

Thus evolved the method of "urganization" = organizing with the intent to understand and to organize one's thoughts, before one's actions.

Components needed for urganization to be successful:

1) Youself
2) A willingness to try a new method
3) A task that you deem as unorganized

With these 3 components you are on your way to a more organized, and by deafult, stress-less, lifestyle that will positively affect you and those around you immensely.
